Chemo Angels

The following summary is sourced from the Chemo Angels website. To learn more and get involved, click here.

As a Card Angel, you will send your assigned patient at least one card, letter, or note a week, and perhaps a small gift every now and then, but gifts are not required for Card Angels. Being a Card Angel is a great option for volunteers with limited budgets.

Before you fill out the application, please give the following some serious consideration. Being a Card Angel is a long-term commitment that should not be entered into lightly! Please do not sign up if:

  • you have a health problem that could potentially interfere with your angeling

  • you are caretaking someone whose health situation may make angeling difficult for you

  • you have a personal situation that may interfere with you angeling commitment

  • the financial burden of weekly cards and postage might be too much.

  • you have a major change coming in your life, such as a new baby, a move, or other...

  • you are less than 25 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Read the General Terms & Conditions below to which you must agree. We can not accept you in our program without your consent to these terms. Chemo Angels reserves the right to refuse any applicant for any reason.
